Makayla joined the Selective Staffing Solutions recruiting team in 2022. Today she partners with WNY employers to match top candidates for a wide variety of positions. She was originally hired as the office disc jockey, but after learning she is an old soul and starts every morning with Elvis Presley radio we quickly promoted her.
Makayla is a lifelong resident of Buffalo who always reminds candidates the "city of good neighbors" shines through when you need it most. When she's not traversing the city, you can find her outdoors camping, kayaking or hitting a round of golf. If you run into Makayla her fur child wont be far behind. She is a dog mom to a four year old Yellow Lab who also serves as VP of Pawperations at Selective Staffing Solutions.
