  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

What You Can Expect

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
  • $19–$21/hour
  • First 90 days fully in-office
  • Structured training and support
  • Opportunity to develop your analytical and professional skills
  • A role where accuracy, critical thinking, and attention to detail make a real impact

Job Requirements

Experience & Education

  • 1–2 years of office experience preferred, but less experience may be considered for the right candidate
  • Legal or banking experience is not required
  • Strong analytical, administrative, data-entry, or Excel experience is highly valued
  • Willingness to learn and successfully complete a structured training program is essential
